Quoting & files
How does instant quoting work?
Upload a file, review detected features, choose material and quantity, and see the cutting and sheets itemized. Review the proof before checkout.
What file formats can I upload?
STEP (.step/.stp) is preferred for solid models. DXF and SVG are supported with feature and depth review. For DWG, PDF, or Illustrator artwork, export DXF or SVG at 1:1 and outline text.
Do I need an account to get a price?
No. You can start a quote as a guest. Sign-in is required for checkout and account order history.
My file failed or looks wrong — what now?
Check the feature report and cleanup notes. Correct the file or request engineer review in the quote. You can also contact the shop with the problem.
How are my uploaded files handled?
Uploads are processed to prepare part previews, features, and quotes. Quote links can grant access to the quote, so share them carefully. Files are used only for your orders, never sold or shared, and kept 2 years after your last activity unless you ask us to delete them sooner. See how files are handled.
Materials & tolerances
What tolerance is achievable?
±0.001″ is achievable, material-dependent. Critical fits should be reviewed with the shop. Read the tolerances guide for design considerations.
How big can a part be?
The configured envelope is 61″ × 121″. The part must also fit an available blank for its material and thickness; the quote checks this.
How small can an inside feature be?
The configured minimum tool diameter is 0.125″, leaving a 0.0625″ inside radius. Consider corner relief when a square tab must fit a routed slot.
Can I match grain or choose sanding?
Available sanding options appear with the material. Grain matching is opt-in and off by default; enable it on the Parts step and review each part’s grain direction.
Can I supply material?
Yes. Choose customer-supplied sheets in the quote. It shows cutting and a per-sheet handling fee. Coordinate suitability and drop-off with the shop.
Lead times, pickup & delivery
What are the current lead times?
Standard · 5–7 business days; Fast · 3 business days; Rush · Next business day. Check the quote for dates and capacity.
Do you deliver?
Vegas-valley delivery covers supported ZIP prefixes 889, 890, and 891. Delivery is $45 flat. Free on orders of $500 or more. Pickup is free. Confirm venue access requirements with the shop.
Where do I pick up?
Pickup details are provided with your order. Bring your order number and check that it is ready before traveling.
How do proofs work?
The proof shows parts, features and depths, materials, quantities, and sheet layouts. Check it before approving. Editing confirmed geometry requires confirmation again.
How do I check progress?
Your account shows order status and the completion ETA when available. The order workflow supports email updates and SMS when you opt in.
Payment & policies
Is there an order minimum?
The configured order minimum is $95. The quote applies it to the order.
How do I pay?
Review and approve the proof, then use the payment methods offered by Stripe checkout. A job enters the paid-order workflow after payment is confirmed.
How long is a quote valid?
The configured quote validity is 30 days. Check the quote’s expiry and current pricing when returning to an older quote.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact the shop with the order number and requested change. Availability of a change depends on the job’s status. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they reach the Cutting stage. If a part is wrong because of our error, report it within 7 days for a remake or refund. See the order terms.
How is tax shown?
Review the final checkout total and its tax line, if present. Tax treatment requires shop configuration; this page does not quote a tax rate.
