Order terms

These terms apply to quotes, orders and accounts on this website. By creating an account, approving a proof or paying for an order, you agree to them. “We” and “the shop” mean Innovate 3D LLC, doing business as The Job Shop; “you” means the customer placing the order.

Quotes and pricing

Each quote itemizes cutting, material or handling, options, and delivery. A quote is valid for the period shown on it; after that, prices are recalculated before ordering. Material is subject to stock at the time of payment. Prices exclude sales tax unless tax is shown at checkout.

Your design and proof approval

We make parts from the geometry, features, depths, material and quantities shown on the proof you approve. Please check the proof carefully: you are responsible for the accuracy of your files and for confirming that the design is fit for its intended use. Editing confirmed geometry requires a new approval. Critical fits or tolerances should be raised with the shop before approval.

Achievable tolerance depends on the material. Wood products, plastics and foams can move with temperature and humidity, and natural materials vary in color and grain. That variation is not a defect.

Payment and scheduling

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Lead time starts when payment clears. Completion dates are estimates based on current capacity; we will tell you promptly if a date changes.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it reaches the Cutting stage, which your order page shows. Once cutting has started, material has been committed and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. To request a change or cancellation, contact the shop with your order number; changes may require a new quote and proof.

Remakes and refunds

If a part does not match the approved proof, or is outside the achievable tolerance for its material, because of our error, report it within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Include your order number and photos. We will remake the affected parts at no charge or, at our option, refund the price of those parts.

Remakes and refunds do not cover problems caused by the submitted file or approved proof, design choices, normal material variation, or damage after pickup or delivery. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Customer-supplied material

Scheduling of orders using your own sheets depends on their arrival and inspection. We may decline material that is unsafe or unsuitable to cut. We take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for defects in supplied material or for material damaged in normal processing.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is free. Delivery is available within the Las Vegas valley at the rate shown in your quote. We will let you know when your order is ready. Finished orders are held for 30 days after that notice; after 30 days, unclaimed orders may be recycled without a refund. Please inspect your parts at pickup or delivery.

Design files and ownership

You keep all rights to your designs. You confirm that you have the right to use the files you upload and that the parts do not infringe anyone else’s rights. We use your files only to quote, produce and support your orders, and we never sell or share them for any other purpose. How long we keep files is described in our privacy policy.

Anyone with a shared quote link can view that quote, so share it only with people you intend to include.

Intended use and liability

Parts are made to your design. You are responsible for testing and approving them for your application, especially for structural, load-bearing or safety-related uses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or project delays.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you approve a proof applies to that order.
